• Personal Care (such as support with washing and dressing etc)
• Assistance with medication
• Preparing and assisting with food and drink
• Accompanied visits to G.P, hospital
• 'Sit in' service
• Overnight service
• Domestic service
• Cover for Personal assistants to cover for times of sickness and holidays (short or long term)

Recruitment
Second To None where able, offers employment with the emphasis on flexibility of work hours, allowing a more family friendly work pattern, whether working full or part time hours.
Each new employee will undergo a full induction program and will be fully supported by a mentor, team leader and manager to promote increased competence and therefore confidence in their own abilities.
Each new employee will be offered competitive rates of pay, mileage allowance and an increment having achieved a work based NVQ L2.
Second To none will also provide a uniform, full ongoing training program and potential for future career opportunities.
