About Us

Second To None management have a wide background of experience including hospital and community settings therefore giving us a sound knowledge and skill to fully understand the complexities of health and social care.

Second To None strive to maintain its high quality standards by ensuring all personal care and domestic assistants have the knowledge, skills and competencies to meet the diverse needs of all our service users. Many aspects of training, such as first aid, moving and handling, health and safety, safeguarding adults and medication awareness etc. is included as part of our staff development and training programs.

Due to the nature of the services that we provide, Second To None believe it is essential that the personal assistants are reliable and trustworthy. To help achieve this all assistants undergo rigorous recruitment checks before they are allowed to work unsupervised. This includes full police checks, references and observations.
